No insurance? No problem. We offer a simple self-pay option.
We accept all insurance plans except Cigna Healthsprings.
All payments, including your co-pay, coinsurance, and/or deductible as well as balances, are due prior to the time of service.

Steps to install the HEALOW app:
After this initial set up, you will use your 6 digit PIN to open the HEALOW app.
Download the HEALOW app, using the button above.
Open app and enter the code ICGACD
this will pull up as Advanced Health, 3024 Business Park Circle, Goodlettsville, TN 37072
Fill in your USERNAME and PASSWORD
Verify your account by entering your Date of Birth
Create a NEW PASSWORD
Select a SECURITY QUESTION
LOGOUT
Log in again using your NEW PASSWORD
CREATE a 6 digit PIN
CONFIRM a 6 digit PIN
To view health your records:
Select “My Records”
To send us a message:
Select “Messages”
Tap on pencil icon on the right
Select “Generate Message”
Type your message
Press “Send”
You will receive a message back from our office shortly if you have sent during normal business hours.
